FD Mediagroep acquired IPE International Publishers Ltd (IPE)

We intend to become a leading investment and pensions publisher in Europe and the acquisition of IPE is a great fit for our ambitions,” says Jeroen van Dijk, CFO at FD Mediagroep.
“IPE has developed over 25 years into the trusted source of independent industry news and information for European pension and investment professionals, and through its specialist brands – IPE Real Assets and IPE DACH – for the institutional real assets investment industry, and the German- language (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) region. We intend to continue to invest in strong, independent editorial output and in addition see particular benefits in regionally tailored events, Europe-wide data products, optimised subscription models and an enhanced offering for advertisers,” says FD Business director and publisher Mariska van der Westen.
